On 17th–18th January, managers from ICTPL and Polaris came together for a refreshing and impactful two-day offsite, thoughtfully organised as part of the companies’ ongoing Management Development Programme — Utkarsh.
The offsite was more than a pause from daily routines. It provided participants with an opportunity to step away from their desks, reflect, learn, and connect with colleagues in a new environment. Across the two days, managers took part in interactive workshops, insightful discussions, and collaborative activities designed to sharpen leadership capabilities, enhance communication, and strengthen team bonds.
What made the experience particularly meaningful was the balance between professional development and personal reflection. Sessions on effective decision-making and strategic thinking were complemented by informal interactions that helped participants understand one another better, creating an atmosphere where learning felt both natural and energising.
Employees returned from the offsite equipped with new tools and perspectives to apply in their roles, along with a renewed sense of motivation and stronger connection to their teams. The Utkarsh offsite served as a reminder that when individuals come together with a shared intent to learn and support each other, they build not only stronger skills but stronger teams as well.
