Teamglobal Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (TGL) continues to advance on a structured transformation roadmap designed to strengthen governance, leadership capability, operating effectiveness, and long-term value creation across the organisation.
As the company scales, there was a clear need to move beyond a centrally driven planning approach toward a model that encourages stronger ownership, sharper decision-making, and enhanced accountability within the leadership team. With this objective, a comprehensive business planning and budgeting exercise was introduced to empower leaders across regions and branches.
The initiative was implemented through four well-defined phases. Phase 1 focused on aligning the approach and strategic direction with guidance from the Board. Phases 2 and 3 involved Product Heads, supported by the Business Transformation Team, conducting detailed regional and branch-level reviews during January 2026. The final phase will conclude with the formal sign-off of business plans and budget numbers scheduled for 18th and 19th February.
This structured approach has enabled the next line of leaders to independently drive business planning at regional and branch levels, strengthening ownership, strategic thinking, and execution discipline. Early outcomes have been encouraging, reflected in improved engagement, sharper regional plans, and growing leadership confidence in driving business performance.
